Nick Reich is passionate about leaving the world a bit better than he found it.  Nick brings almost twenty years of experience in innovation, strategy, program development, and collaboration to help companies across a variety of sectors tackle some of society’s biggest opportunities.  

As Founder & CEO of River + Green, Nick supports individuals and organizations in living and working from a place of purpose and clarity. Nick is a Certified Holistic Coach (CHC) and an Associate Credentialed Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Nick partners with startup founders, leaders, organizations, or anyone interested in growing into a more impactful, conscious leader and increasing the impact they make in their companies and in their communities.

How do we begin to make a difference in the world?


  Most recently, Nick served as President & Chief Operating Officer at Hummingbird Humanity, a national consulting firm focused on creating human-centered workplace cultures through diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior to joining Hummingbird, Nick served as the Executive Director of a Global Health organization with sites in Ecuador, Nigeria, the Dominican Republic, and Guatemala, along with 30+ US-based college chapters, and has worked on or championed social impact work in more than a dozen other countries.   Additionally, Nick launched Social Insight, a consulting firm that worked in social innovation, philanthropy, and impact investing. 

Nick is a proud dad of two boys and is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Indianapolis and past Assistant District Governor and International Service and Global Grants Chair for Rotary District 6560.  Nick has postgraduate certifications in Executive Nonprofit Leadership and Nonprofit Management from Indiana University, along with a Diploma in Social Innovation from the University for Peace in Costa Rica (online).

Nick has been recognized as an Indy's Best & Brightest finalist in the Education/ Nonprofit sector and most recently as a finalist for the International Center of Indiana’s Global Impressions Award for his work around the world.
